The Your Deal

Business Referral Program

When you introduce a business owner to our brokerage and we become their business broker, we will pay you a referral fee of 10% of the commission we receive when the business is sold.

 For instance, if we receive a commission of $125,000 when a business is sold, and you referred the business to us, your referral fee would be $12,500. Your referral fee will be transferred to you on the same day as the closing and you will not have to participate in the transaction in any way, shape, or form.

 It's important to note that we DO pay referral fees for both Buyers and Sellers, however the deal must close and the 10% standard does not apply to Buyer referrals. Buyer referrals are paid on a case-by-case basis, based on merit and deal size.

We purchase digital businesses, and our acceptance criteria for 'good' deals is variable and constantly adapting.

We have extensive experience in selling digital businesses and are willing to consider any profitable Shopify Store, SaaS Company, Amazon FBA Store, Internet Company, Media Buying and/or Technology Company.

We only consider businesses that are cash flow positive, and we don't discriminate based on the business's size or industry.

The more the better, and the stronger the relationship we can forge with our partners, so much the better for everyone involved. 

Our team will carefully review any business referred to us to ensure it meets our standards before we engage with the owner. We will not initiate any contact with the referred business until we've accepted the referral from you.

Once the referral is approved, we'll sign a one-page Referral Agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the referral. After the Referral Agreement is executed, we'll reach out to the client to begin the process of selling their business. The commission payment is contingent on the actual closing of the sale.
